Moose limited liability company together with the Białystok University of Technology is implementing a project co-financed by the National Center for Research and Development: “ESWSE – Electronic System Supporting Effective Evacuation” as part of the “Things are for people” competition.
The aim of this project is to develop a system for electronic monitoring of people with special needs during evacuation from the buildings in which they stay. The system will consist of a set of local reference stations communicating with portable devices constituting the personal equipment of the monitored person. When an alarm signal occurs indicating a dangerous situation, the personal device will inform you about the need to start the evacuation process. At the same time, a given person subject to evacuation will be located by local reference stations, and information about his or her location will be made available to the person in charge of rescue operations and to the relevant building services.
